Copy the mod files to the 'mods' folder in your game's directory. Now, start the game, and the mod should automatically apply. If it doesn't apply, go to the game's directory, launch OpenIV, and enable the 'edit mode.' Locate the 'mods' folder and drag the mod files into it.

After the modding process, run the game and check for any changes in the vehicles. Voila! You have successfully installed a mod for the game.
